"I met Neil at Harbor Chase Village crossings in Lady lake. The residents here are very excited for the Movefreely Health/Wellness programs with Neil. It has had a Positive impact on the memory care residents where I work and some of them ask about Neil during the week and look forward to seeing him whenever he comes back. The residents on Assisted living love the music he plays to do exercises.Neil is very energetic encouraging, powerful and motivational person."

" Neil brought Move Freely into our facility a few months ago.  Each week, the class gets bigger because participants tell everyone how much fun it is. Neil makes their time so much fun that they don't mind exercising. He has a great rapport with our residents and is able to motivate them with his skills and personality.  (The dimples don't hurt, either.  The ladies love his smile!)

He is terrific about communicating with me, as well. He always answers my questions very quickly and we work well together to make the residents' experience a great one.

If you are considering bringing in an exercise instructor, I would highly recommend Neil and his program, Move Freely.

Anita Pepin, Life enrichment Director

"My husband and I have been participating with Neil 3 times a week for 6 months now.  We have noticed an increase in flexibility, stamina and improved balance.  The classes are lively and varied using a variety of “props”.  We know it’s very important to keep active as we age and very glad Trinity Springs offers this opportunity.  Neil always has a ready smile and actually makes exercise fun!."

Judy Ross, Resident

" Being a hands on caregiver for seniors with different levels of memory loss finding activities that keep their interest and are enjoyable for them can be challenging at times. Neil's Move freely exercise is exactly what the residents needed. He is highly professional, personable and brings lots of joy to everyone who has the chance to participate in his program.
